My Journey

Started as a Corporate Relations Intern, grew to become the National Strategist for Make A Difference for 7 cities conducting training, recruiting, designing employee engagement plans, impact assessment report and winning grants. Won the first ever grant for Mumbai with BNP Paribas. And on a national scale raised $300,000 of funding by enabling the team to reach new heights. Worked with clients such as Qualcomm, Aon, Reliance Inc, Yes Bank, Edelweiss and many more.

Completed Bachelors in Management and Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University. Volunteered to teach mentally challenged kids with Akanksha. Worked with Welfare for Stray Dogs to support center and facilitate sessions. Worked with Rotract Club of Bombay Filmcity as a Director of development supporting local youth of the community.

Managed CXO level industries for financial service-based consulting projects from across industries such as e-commerce, tech, automobile, retail, banking and may more. Onboarded CXO level experts and partners from firms such as Harley Davidson, Amazon, eBay, JP Morgan, Nestle, Danone and many more. Facilitated relationships both internal team coordination and client engagement. Was placed as top performer across all teams for two consecutive months as a new analyst across the country.

Canada Student Success & Achievements: Dual Masters + Valedictorian & Community Work

Graduated as Valedictorian completing my Vancouver Island University & Masters in International Management from University of Hertfordshire. Finish second place in National Call for papers by Government of Canada and presented paper on community framework for driving more accountability from stakeholders in the healthcare space to take more ownership of the lack of representation of First Nation Doctors, read article to learn more here. First International Board of Director for third largest Pride Association in British Columbia, Pride Nanaimo. Supported local business to reach the Top 100 of a Telus Pitch Competition. Along with team from McGill designed an AI based device to read flood wave lengths to increase ready time and alert locals through a local solution.

Second ever Learning Champion (SME) from British Columbia for LinkedIn. Conducted works for Project Management Institute of Toronto, AWE, OpenMeal, Simon Fraser University and others. Designed Community programs to build higher engagement and connection amongst learners and presently founding and leading along with a team of learners the first ever Learners Alumni Network bringing together over 3000+ learners from across North America. Shortlisted as Top 25 Changemakers from the program to have most positive impact on peers.

Conducted workshops, speaking engagements and campaigns for GuardMe Insurance International for students of the University. Handled queries, conducted information sessions and provided support to international students adhering to quality and standards set by the law.

Finished in the Top 25% for two years in a row selected by firms including North American Plastics and Easy Promos to design custom pitches as a part of the largest Sales Competition in Canada GCSC. Also, as lead Brand Ambassador met target both years and utilized innovative campaign strategies to be in the top 5 institutions participating from across the country.

The first ever Masters Mentee with Wonsulting. Presently the Community Lead for Wonsulting advocating for the international community building relationships and managing partnerships. Grew LinkedIn following by 3000 in 3 months and has over 100,000 content views last months (Aug 2020).

Held LinkedIn Live webinars and managed partnerships with stakeholders from Amazon, Salesforce, LinkedIn, IBM, Apple, Cisco, Google & more. Manage and grew a community to 2,800 members on LinkedIn with and above 100% growth rate building relationships and providing professional services for development and growth of stakeholders. In July 2020 was a part of a panel discussion for Wonsulting as a guest speaker at Harvard University.

Serving clients as a Client Solutions Supervisor & Regional Campaigns (Hype) Lead with Bell Canada (via. Nordia Inc) across the nation. Serving clients from different segments and backgrounds, creating personalized solutions and providing retention through loyalty-based campaigns as a part of the Household Services Team. Quartile 1 & 2 finishes as top performer from team (Aug 2020).

Designing Hype Champions program to build campaign communities within teams and to engage leaders within in the client solutions team to take more ownership.

Completed a 5-month Co-op as Client Advisor with the Royal Bank of Canada, servicing clients from different backgrounds helping them with insurance, financial service transactions and informational support while adhering to regulations and procedures.
